Douglas - California Pets' violations? Harold - occassionally receive calls for service at that location, no record of violations that require action. Examine a wide variety of things, housed and displayed Douglas - number of breeders in the county? Who regulates? Harold - Enforce humane standard of care whether held by a breeder or a private owner, would respond on a generated complaint basis, no knowledge of how many breeders, depend on jurisdiction whether they have to have a license, USDA regulates commercial breeders who fall under certain definitions, at the federal level, and have inspectors. Blackburn - USDA has about 100 agents for the entire US?
