CDP 2018-0040 (DEV2018-0079) - RAUM RESIDENCE - Request for approval of a Coastal Development Permit to allow for the construction of a 2,335-square-foot single-family residence on a vacant 0.22-acre parcel within the Mello II Segment of the city’s Local Coastal Program located on Triton Street within Local Facilities Management Zone 20. The project site is not within the appealable area of the California Coastal Commission. The City Planner has determined that the project belongs to a class of projects that the State Secretary for Resources has found do not have a significant impact on the environment, and it is therefore categorically exempt from the requirement for the preparation of environmental documents pursuant to Section 15303(a), construction of a single-family residence, of the state CEQA Guidelines.
AMEND 2018-0003 (DEV02116) – COASTLINE CHURCH – Request for approval of the third amendment to Site Development Plan SDP 02-16 to allow revisions to the approved site plan for the Coastline Church campus and to allow temporary modular classroom buildings to remain onsite until October 3, 2021 on the 6.43-acre Coastline Church campus located at 2215 Calle Barcelona in Local Facilities Management Zone 12. The City Planner has determined that this project has no new significant environmental effects not analyzed in the originally approved Final Program Environmental Impact Report for the Arroyo La Costa Master Plan, and no further CEQA compliance is required.
