PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

1. CT 12-07 - VALLEY 17 - Request for the approval of a Tentative Tract Map to subdivide and grade a 3.76 acre site into seventeen (17) single-family residential lots on property located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Oak Avenue and Valley Street in Local Facilities Management Zone 1. The City Planner has determined that this project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332 "In-Fill Development Projects" of the State CEQA Guidelines and will not have any adverse significant impact on the environment. Resolution No. 7009

Motion to approve PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: That the Planning Commission ADOPT Planning Commission Resolution No. 7009 APPROVING Tentative Tract Map (CT 12-07) based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained therein. Moved by Commissioner Victoria Scully, no second required.

SDP 12-05 - FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH - Request for a determination that the project is within the scope of a previously certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR 91-04 Rancho Carrillo) and for approval of a Site Development Plan for the development of a 34,308 square foot church building which includes a 500 seat sanctuary, child daycare center for 40 children, church classrooms, and administrative offices on a 3.44 acre site, Village "T" of the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan (MP 139), generally located at the northeast corner of El Fuerte and Rancho Pancho in Local Facilities Management Zone 18.
