- Request for a recommendation of approval of a Major Review Permit to relocate the existing Wednesday Certified Farmers Market from a public parking lot off of Roosevelt Street to the 2900 block of State Street, between Grand Avenue to the north and Carlsbad Village Drive to the south, for an initial timeframe of two (2) years, every Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the summer and 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the winter, in Land Use District 1 of the Village Review Zone.
