Motion to approve That the Planning Commission confirm that the Envision Carlsbad Draft Preferred Plan (Plan) reflects the Commission?s input provided at its May 2, May 16, and June 20, 2012 meetings and, if necessary, direct staff to modify the Plan. Moved by Commissioner Kerry Siekmann, no second required.
