Motion to approve PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: That the Planning Commission ADOPT Planning Commission Resolutions No. 6902 and 6903 APPROVING a Tentative Tract Map (CT 11-02) and Planned Development Permit (PUD 11-05), based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained therein. Moved by Commissioner Kerry Siekmann, no second required.
