Seeing none, he asked if the applicant wished to make a presentation. Paul Klukas, Planning Systems, 1530 Faraday Avenue, Suite 100, gave a detailed presentation and stated he would be available to answer any questions. Chairperson Whitton asked if there were any questions of the applicant. Seeing none, he asked if there were any members of the audience who wished to speak on the item. Seeing none, he opened and closed public testimony.
Commissioner Cardosa stated the project is coming along nicely. Commissioner Dominguez stated he supports the project. Commissioner Montgomery stated he is disappointed the school district did not build on the site but he does support the project.
