Motion to approve that the Planning Commission ADOPT Planning Commission Resolution No. 6664 ADOPTING a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and ADOPT Planning Commission Resolution No. 6665, APPROVING a Special Use Permit (SUP 09-06) based on the findings and subject to the conditions contained therein. Moved by Commissioner L'Heureux, no second required.
